Description

From Achenkirch to Maurach: The route leads along one of the most beautiful paths in Tirol on the western shore of Lake Achensee to the Gaisalm, which is the only alpine hut in Tirol that can only be accessed on foot or by boat. There are bathing facilities in many places. Along the lakeside path you reach Pertisau and later on the path next to the Achensee steam cog railway, the next stage finish Maurach.
