Trails

However, anyone expecting an artificial bike park feeling will be disappointed. Or maybe not. The trail network is so extensive that you won't meet many people on some routes. Pure adventure in the midst of the wild and romantic mountain world.

The most famous man-made trail in the Bike Republic is probably the Teäre Line. The most famous man-made trail in the Bike Republic is probably the Teäre Line. The 7.1-kilometre-long, flowing trail covers an altitude difference of 801 metres. It is suitable for beginners in terms of character and difficulty. Viewpoints or specially built seating areas next to the trail invite you to take a break. And they are necessary, because even frequent riders' forearms burn after a descent on the Teäre Line. The trail is so well-built that it is almost impossible to ride it slowly. The Teäre Line is characterised by perfect berms and very well-built small to medium jumps.

The Fernar Trail is not one of the Great Trails for nothing and is definitely worth a visit. A dedicated shuttle takes mountain bikers to the Tiefenbach glacier and from here it's downhill from an altitude of 2,800 metres into the valley. Please note: This trail is categorised as S5 and can only be ridden with a guide.

But don't worry - Sölden also has plenty of trails for families and beginners. Everyone will find the right trail for them here.

Accommodation & Service

As you would expect, Sölden really does offer everything your heart desires when it comes to accommodation: from 5-star wellness temples to simple bed and breakfasts.
