You can save yourself the ticket to Canada! Downhill dreams also come true on the Crankworx-proven competition course The Rough One in the Bikepark Innsbruck. Technical root passages, speed sections and big jumps - these 400 meters downhill have it all and are in no way inferior to their famous role models.
On the classic downhill track, the soft forest floor alternates with stone fields, roots, steps, meadow sections and large jumps. The bike park trail is quite natural. On the single trail scale, The Rough One is rated between S2 and S3. A very good level of fitness and riding technique are required to have fun on the trail.
The unspoilt downhill trail for experts who like it tough connects directly to The Wild One. The trail leads from just above the middle station of the Nockspitzbahn cable car (not open in summer) over technically challenging root passages and jumps through the forest and the ski slope to Götzens and the valley station of the Nockspitzbahn cable car.
Please note: The way back to the Muttereralmbahn is only possible via the country road (approx. 6 kilometres, 100 metres in altitude, journey time approx. 30-40 minutes).
