Tour of medium difficulty for trained bikers
A charming mountain bike route through Karwendel Nature Park with wonderful views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains and good links to other mountain bike routes.
From the Karwendel Nature Park car park, near the Canisiusbrünnl mountain hut, first follow the paved road and then a forestry road to the Enzianhütte mountain hut. From there, continue on to the Rumer Alm mountain hut. The descent follows the same route as the ascent. Other scenic route options are available, for example riding west to the Arzler Alm and Höttinger Alm mountain huts (the Nordkette mountain hut circuit).
