Description

Trail description: From St. Johann the trail follows the valley floor to the north, before climbing up through dense forest behind Erpfendorf. Having pedalled uphill for nearly 400 meters, the first descent brings you down to Kössen and to the base of Hochkössen Gondola.

Ride the gondola to the top terminal where stunning views of the foothills of the Alps await. A wonderful panoramic trail snakes its way down to the valley and skirts Riedberg Mountain before eventually reaching the village of Walchsee and the lake of the same name.
