Description

Leisure cyclists are accompanied by the Inn River on this route. From the lower town square you cycle over the Inn River Bridge, see the historic façades along the shoreline then follow the relatively flat path to Langkampfen. Fine brandy distillery Brennoase and Lacknerhof, with its delicious homemade delicacies such as farm-style bread, yoghurt and noodles are the first stops. Filled with new energy, you then follow the path along the other side of the Inn River to the picturesque spa resort of Bad Häring. Sagl Wood sells high-quality products made from wood – from pine essential oil and pillows filled with pinewood shavings to snack boards. The next stop is Schwoich with its stately and historical mountain farms. It is also home to Bierol, which not only produces craft beer but also welcomes guests to the taproom and haute cuisine restaurant. Also close by is Kronbühelhof with fine brandies distilled by Manfred Höck. In Rosi’s farm shop at Veitenbauer you can buy sausage, bacon and cheese made by local producers, making it nearly impossible to be hungry on the last few kilometres downhill toward Kufstein.
