Description

This mountain bike tour begins at Kirchangerweg in Kirchberg. From there we cycle about 220 metres in altitude along the asphalt road, past the Kirchanger Chapel, to the Gasthof Obergaisberg where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Kirchberg. From here, a partly steep gravel path, which is used as a toboggan run in winter, takes us to the Gaisbergstüberl and the mountain station of the Gaisberg lift. A shady forest makes the ascent easier. The route leads past the inn and then along an asphalt road downhill. Passing the Manharthof, we finally reach the district of Obwiesen and from there the cycle path down into the valley leads alongside the stream back to our starting point in Kirchberg.
