Mountainbike-Tour Finkenberg - Stein - Astegg

Description

In the centrally located hamlet of Persal turn right and take the asphalt road direction Stein, past some farm houses and continue to the sunny located hamlet of Astegg. From the district of Astegg, municipality of Finkenberg, along a well-maintained forest path in several long loops, past the Gschösswand inn to the mountain station of the Penken cable car. From here, head into the valley, climbing gently through pine forests, past the Penken reservoir and westwards to the Penkenjoch. Connections via route 4008 to Tux or downhill through the Horbergtal valley towards Schwendberg.
