Description

The start and finish point of the Enduro Tour Gletscherexpress Reloaded H is the Freizeit Arena in the center of Sölden. Facing the Freizeit Arena, you start by heading to the right and following the Ötztal Cycle Path 11 until you reach the valley station of the Gaislachkogelbahn. Once there, turn right to reach the B186 federal road, which you follow until the turnoff for the Glacier Road. Continue to the right, ascending the steep Glacier Road, following it all the way to the Rettenbach Glacier.

At the top of the glacier, it's time to gather your last reserves of energy to push through the final few hundred meters to reach the highest point of the tour—Europe’s highest road point at 2,800 meters.

After taking in the breathtaking panoramic views, descend along the Glacier Road until you reach the silo tower, where you turn left onto a gravel path. Here, you’ll need to push hard on the pedals again to climb the steep ski slopes leading up to the Rotkogelhütte. From there, you descend via the red Ollweite Line (6010) until you reach the connection to Hochsölden, which branches off to the left at approximately two-thirds of the way down the Ollweite Line (a wooden overpass marks the spot). This transfer trail takes you to Hochsölden, leading to the Bergrestaurant Sonnblick, a perfect place for a rest stop.

The restaurant is located right at the entry to the 7.4-kilometer-long blue GAHE LINE. After a well-deserved break on the terrace, you continue down the blue Gahe Line (6028) to Leitn, where you can fully enjoy the flowy ride. From there, the trail continues into the blue LETTN LINE, which ends directly at the valley station of the Giggijochbahn—bringing you right back to the Freizeit Arena.
