Cycle tour Ellmau circular cycle trail

Description

You start this moderately challenging circuit at Ellmau Tourist Information Office and cycle past the church heading towards the Gasthof Au. Turn right immediately after the inn and cycle along the Weissache river past the football pitch to the Ellmauer Hof hotel. After the Ellmauer Hof you can either continue to the left in the direction of Scheffau or go through the underpass towards KaiserBad. From the swimming pool you bear right across the golf course to the municipality’s maintenance yard. Continue the circular tour by turning left at the yard heading for Wochenbrunn. After about 1.5 km you leave the road, there’s a short section through the forest and then a sharp right onto a narrow asphalt path to the Hausbach farms. Cycle alongside the Hausbach stream in the direction of the main road. After the underpass you can turn left towards Going or turn right via the “Alte Strasse” back to Ellmau village centre.
