This challenging tour starts at the gravel car park just before the Quellalpin in the Kaunertal. From here, head into the valley towards Feichten over a wooden bridge, where you turn left. Keep right after the Hotel Lärchenhof. At the beginning the road is still asphalted, but after a few metres the surface changes to gravel. If you wish, you can make a short stop at the Adlerblick viewing platform and enjoy the view of the Kaunertal. The destination of the tour is the Verpeil alp (not serviced), from where you can continue on foot to the Verpeil mountain hut (serviced).
