481 Kaltenbach - Gasthof Talblick
.From Kaltenbach centre you set off over the wooden bridge (only for pedestrians and cyclists) over the Ziller and on to Stumm. When you reach the village, turn right - directly in front of the Stummerberg Gemeindeamt (municipal office) - onto the L216, Stummer Strasse road. Keeping to the main road, you ride through the centre of Stumm and then come to the Ahrnbach district and up to here the route is as flat as a pancake. But this now changes as you follow the road to Distelberg, which is a bit steeper, especially in the lower area. Without noticing, you cross the municipal border to Aschau in the Zillertal valley and you now have to manage a couple of sharp bends before reaching your destination at the Gasthof Talblick inn. Shortly before reaching your destination, you pass the Krapferhof's farm shop where you can buy a range of organic produce. At the destination of the tour - as the name suggests - the combination of sensational views of the valley and a Zillertal alpine schnitzel on the terrace make for a very special experience.
