Description

Only a 5 minutes walk from Going village center, very close to the Hotel Sonnenhof, you will find an entrance. Use the Blattlloipe entry; via the Ellmau-Going connecting cross country trail (medium difficulty) you will then reach the Schwendterloipe. When you reach the Schwendter Plateau you’ll be rewarded for the climb with a view from the Wilder Kaiser over the village of Going. The Schwendter Plateau with its tended farms and peace and quiet will cast its spell on you. This cross-country trail is also ideal for skaters - there are separate tracks here so that hikers and skaters don’t get in one another’s way.
