Characteristics
The Weißenbach - Höfen connecting trail, an easily manageable classic cross-country ski trail, cleverly connects the Weißenbach Lech and Höfener Feld circuits. This route follows along the Lech cycle path through the picturesque Lech meadows, offering cross-country skiers a close-to-nature way to explore the region. A brief transition over the main road is required at the town entrance, before the trail continues at the foot of the scenic Hornberg mountain towards the Schollenwiesenlift.

Trail Entry & Connection Possibilities
Cross-country skiers can access the trail via the Weißenbach Lech circuit or the Höfener Feld circuit. A direct entry is possible at the Schollenwiesenlift, where the free parking area serves as an ideal starting point.

Refreshment Stops
For a cozy break, the Schollenstüberl, located directly along the trail, is recommended for refreshments and relaxation.

Notes
Part of the connecting trail is used as a shared trail. Particularly on the section along the cycle path between the Weißenbach Lech circuit and the turnoff across the main road towards Schollenwiesenlift, pedestrian traffic is to be expected. Special caution is advised when crossing the main road, where removing cross-country skis is necessary.
