Cross-country skiing schools in Tyrol

All beginnings are difficult, but with the experts at the Tyrolean cross-country skiing schools, you can get started in just a few hours.

Cross-country skiing doesn't actually require much prior knowledge: you can simply get on your skis and slide off. However, to be able to practise the sport properly, you need good cross-country skiing technique. We recommend three hours of private lessons for beginners, whether alone or in pairs. That's all you need to learn the technique in either classic or skating style and to continue practising on your own.

Many Tyrolean cross-country skiing schools offer special courses for beginners. The right turn, a new skating style, the use of poles - all this is taught in an understandable, practical and easy-to-understand way in the cross-country skiing schools.
