Approach

From Pinnis Valley: From Neder on Forststrasse to Pinnisalm (possibly by Jeep taxi), continuing up to Karalm (you can also get as far as here on a mountain bike). Now continue up the path up until you reach the Innsbrucker Hut (approx. 45 min. longer than indicated).From the Innsbrucker Hut: Follow the signposts on the ridge. In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the first rock structure. There, follow the path to the right to get to the start.

Descent

After the “summit”, you climb down in a wind cap on the eastern side (B). Keep to the right in the wind gap and you’ll soon be back at the start.

    From the train station Innsbruck are regularly running busses to Neustift - Neder.
