Route description

This challenging via ferrata is usually used for the descent after the ascent of the "Leoganger Süd" via ferrata, but is also highly recommended as an independent ascent to the western Mitterspitze. In the upper section after the bridge traverse (Passauer Steg), a beautiful, not more difficult variant is possible by climbing out through the Teufelsloch, which leads to the south wall.
