Route description

Sporty and great route with a gorgeous line that requires strength and stamina. The via ferrata has no artificial footholds and can be quite demanding although the at first sight unspectacular slabs might not seem too difficult. The via ferrata leads over slabs of limestone from the valley diagonally upward to the right. Please be carful in the upper parts due to the chance of rockfall and the subsequent danger for climbers below. The southern exposure, the quick access and the diverse climbing possibilities make this via ferrata in Nassereith especially attractive.
Difficulty/Equipment:
The via ferrata has no artificial footholds and is perfectly secured. Along the steep slabs of rock, slab climbing is perfectly possible.
Difficulty:
Entry until Marendplatzl C/D, Marendplatztl until the highest point B (+ rope bridge)
Equipment: Helmet, climbing harness with via ferrata set, via ferrata gloves, suitable footwear:

Descent: Along the designated paths and climbs. Going down along the debris field/Kar into the valley is not allowed.
