Climbing route Puls 2000

Leutasch / Great Wall of China
Difficulty ratings: 7c+
Duration: 0:25 h

Did you know that there is a Great Wall of China in Tyrol? But ours can be climbed vertically, and on 163 different routes. The most beautiful route to the top leads through the "Puls 2000" - which, however, lives up to its name.

Route character

The "Chinese Wall" climbing garden in the "Main Wall & Doldwand" sector is home to the "Puls 2000" climbing route, a beautiful and steep endurance route with repeated difficult sections. Until the last part of the route, the climbing is strenuous and pumpy. The tour is extremely photogenic, well secured and you have an excellent view.

Approach

From the parking lot/bus stop, cross over to the other side of the road, past a few houses and then along a long forest road to the edge of the forest. Continue straight ahead in the forest, after a few meters the forest road branches off, take the left gravel path here, which leads down into a small depression. Here a path on the left leads up to the wall.
