Tyrol products

Chocolatier Hansjörg Haag has been producing "Tiroler Edle" in Landeck for many years, using milk from Tyrolean grey cattle. The chocolate is refined with Tyrolean mountain apricots, Arlberg alpine rose honey and Ötztal cranberries, among other things - you can't get more regional than that.

We recommend because:

  • let Tirol melt in your mouth and taste a piece of chocolate
  • unique from the milk of tirolean gray cattle

Description

Tyrolean chocolate of the highest quality
The Tyrolean noble is a special chocolate from the combination of excellent Tyrolean raw materials. Gray cattle have been kept in the Alpine countries for 3000 years. The sweet cream needed for the production is supplied by the Biosennerei Kaunergrat. With great craftsmanship, this chocolate is made in the confectionery Haag in Landeck. Hansjörg Haag fills the delicious plates with creamy mixtures, for example with plum brandy or local mountain mint.

According to the current issue of the FALSTAFF CAFE GUIDE, the Cafe Haag is one of the best cafes / pastry shops in Austria.

Haag's chocolate shop

... is a new highlight for chocolate lovers. Opposite the popular confectionery Haag, the first "Tyrolean noble" shop was opened and since then, the "chocolate room" is in full swing. The "Tyrolean noble" chocolates are uniquely presented here and the chocolate truffles are staged bit by bit.
