In the "Genießerstube" at the Hotel Alpenhof in Hintertux you can enjoy quality at the highest level, which goes hand in hand with our commitment to regionalism. Since 2014, the cuisine of the four star superior hotel Alpenhof in Hintertux in Tyrol has been continuously awarded a toque by Gault Millau. In 2021, the Genießerstube under the direction of chef Maximilian Stock achieved two toques for the first time (14.5 points) and in 2022 we were awarded 3 toques (16 points).
