Nut rusks are not just a treat at Christmas. The Tyrolean version of "Cantuccini" tastes good all year round.
Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, fold in the flour. Mix in the nuts and sultanas until you have a thick mixture. Use the mixture (with the help of a little water) to form a sausage on the baking tray. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees hot air for approx. 20 minutes.
Leave to cool and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Done! These biscuits are a treat all year round.
