An Kaspressknödeln kommt man in Tirol einfach nicht vorbei. Die schwierigste Entscheidung ist immer nur, ob man sie mit Suppe oder Salat möchte.

  • 300 g Dumpling bread
  • 150 g spicy mountain cheese
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 4 Piece Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Marjoram
  • 1/2 Covenant finely chopped parsley

Instructions


Prepare the dough

Finely chop the onion and sauté with butter. Mix the dumpling bread and grated cheese. Then add the onion, milk, eggs and spices and mix everything well. Shape the mixture into dumplings and press them flat.

Bake cheese dumplings

Fry the dumplings in a pan until golden brown on both sides and serve with various salads or a soup.
