Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, milk and a pinch of salt with a whisk. Add 3 whole eggs to the smooth batter and refine with a dash of rum.
Heat the butter in the pan, add the batter and top with sultanas. With the lid closed, fry the Schmarrn in the pan on both sides.
Crumble the pancake, sprinkle with sugar and allow to caramelise slightly. Serve the Kaiserschmarrn in the pan with roasted plums and icing sugar.
