Attraction Tiroler Bio Alpakas

Seefeld

Description

Nestled in the mountain world of the Seefeld Plateau, our farm is located on the outskirts of the village in a wonderful woodland setting. Our animals enjoy their lives amidst this unique landscape, filled with relaxation, comfort, and recreation. Join us in experiencing this joy and visit our farm, allowing your soul to unwind for a few hours.

Alpaca Hikes:
Hike with us over blooming mountain meadows or through the cool mountain forest, accompanied by our fluffy “teddy bears.” A magical nature experience, even for families! Book your alpaca walk in the summer or even in the winter directly in the Seefeld region's experience shop.

Private tours are also available - to popular excursion destinations like Bodenalm or Wildmoosalm, or for a shorter round near the farm. Options include stick bread grilling over a campfire, alpaca picnics on the meadow, etc. (Registration required).

In Winter:

Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday "Alpaca Winter Pasture":
Unwind and relax amidst our herd of alpacas. Equipped with alpaca feed, warm blankets, and a short introduction, we head to the snow-covered pasture, where our alpacas are already waiting for you. Enjoy the tranquility amidst the herd from a deck chair or hay bales, feed and pet the large and small alpacas, and breathe deeply... An experience primarily for adults. Alpaca winter pasture only takes place in suitable weather.

Lantern Hike with Alpacas:
After a short introduction to our alpacas in the stable, you’ll immerse yourself in the winter snow-covered forest and hike alongside our fluffy teddy bears in the glow of lanterns. Discover the gentle nature of our woolly Andean animals and stroke their incredibly soft fur. Delight in the shadow play of lantern light in the sparkling snow and enjoy the tranquility and idyllic beauty of the mountain forest. We warm up again in the stable with mulled wine and punch. A magical nighttime experience, also for families!

Farm Tours: Immerse yourself in the world of alpacas through a guided tour of our alpaca farm. The farm is barrier-free and easily accessible for wheelchair users. Come very close to our Andean animals during the tour, feel just how fluffy their wool is, and learn interesting facts about these gentle creatures and the gold of the Incas: Do alpacas spit? Why is the wool special and so valuable? How do alpacas fit into the Tyrolean mountain world?
