Since the 2002/2003 winter season, there has been a "new service dimension" in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area. On an area of 1,100 m², in addition to the tried and tested service from Sport Patscheider, there is the opportunity to test the latest fun sports equipment, e.g. Snowfox, Snowkart, Scooter, Snowbike, Monoski. There is also a spacious shop where you can buy winter sports accessories, a ski and boot depot, an information corner, internet terminals,... - in short - a "service station at 2,000 metres above sea level".

Online booking or reservation of rental equipment: In order to be able to plan the processing better, especially at peak times, guests are strongly recommended to make an online booking or online reservation (online check-in) of the rental equipment in advance.
