Pfarrkirche Kössen
The "Parish Church of St. Peter and Paul" is a proud architectural monument of the village and at the same time one of the most important sacred buildings of the Tyrolean lowlands. The first church probably was a wooden building from the 8th century, and soon the first brick church was built. Today's space experience is the result of extensive interior restoration, carried out in the years 1995/97, and the original baroque interior is restored.
