Seefeld

Beautiful Kneipp facility in close proximity to the Wildsee lake.

Description

Anyone wishing to experience first-hand the benefits of Seefeld’s alpine water can visit the public ‘Kneipp’ water therapy facility at the picturesque lake, the Wildsee. There is an easy walking path from the village centre along the pretty lake to the Kneipp facility with its paddling pool, arm-plunging pool, lakeside jetty, drinking fountain and benches.

There are information boards explaining how to do the Kneipp exercises correctly, including suggested breathing techniques. The boards also have interesting facts about the healing herbal flora around the Wildsee and the Reither Moor conservation area.
