Our newly built Genuss.Brennerei.Fankhauser is located in the Tuxertal, a side valley of the Zillertal. With a lot of diligence and passion, we built our charming distillery from 1833 - a hut where the new Holstein distillery has found its home. In the combustion chamber you can look over Armin's shoulder to see how the fine brandies are made. Take a seat - in the adjoining tasting room with a view of the distillery.
