Attraction Johanneskapelle Walchsee

Description

The interior of the Johannes Chapel is designed as a grotto and completely covered with stones. There is a statue of John the Baptist in the grotto. The inscription on its pillar references its instillation in 1431 and restoration in 1865. Today the chapel serves as a base for processions.
