Description

The Kirchdorfer farmer Anton Baldauf grows best organic vegetables and has specialized on the preservation of old rarities locations. His intention is to manage his farm sustainably as a closed cycle, where humans, animals, plants, soil and water form a unity with each other.

From early April to early August, young plants are sold on Tuesdays and Saturdays directly at the farm. 

At the St. Johanner weekly market on Fridays you can find the organic vegetables and young plants from the Hüttschader from about early April until mid of November.
