Attraction Haslach Moor

Description

How enchanted seems this power place. While coarse plants grow in the mud, more dainty plants feel at home on the peat moss cushions. An indescribable peace surrounds this place with its admirable play of colours. The moor was created because a ground wave prevented the water from flowing out of the original depression. A pond was created, which over the millennia developed into a peat bog. 

Secluded yet easily accessible: From the centre of Bad Häring it is only a two kilometre walk.

Exercise

• to get into an outer balance: standing on one leg at the edge of the moor, first bending the other to the side, then moving arms and upper body forward to balance, holding for a moment - Bravo! - Leg change
• on one of the couches and feel like in a mud bath, the "black down" surrounds the body pleasantly. Breathe deeply from the lungs into the abdominal cavity. Tension and relax the body from bottom to top through all body zones, exploring the degree of relaxation.
• then place a finger gently on the middle of the forehead and perceive only this finger - both on the forehead and in the finger: the temperature, the pressure. From this point, distribute the peace and warmth mentally throughout the whole body and perceive the degree of relaxation again.
