Attraction Chapel of Mary on the Stone

Wörgl

Spirituality meets imperial outlook

Description

Here, at the Maria auf dem Stein chapel on a small rock, you can experience the impressive nature and surroundings of the Kaisertal particularly well. It is not only hikers who enjoy the natural spectacle here - every now and then you will also come across some donkeys. The chapel also offers a beautiful retreat for those seeking devotion. A special sight are the at night illuminated windows.

The chapel can be reached from the Kaiser ascent in just under 9 kilometres on family-friendly paths. Afterwards a stop at the Anton Karg House with its hearty cuisine is recommended.

NATURERESPONSE® - in resonance with nature

Strengthen your heart power for a life that corresponds to your heart nature. Sooner or later, we feel our heartbeat as we climb the stairs. Your destination, the chapel "Maria auf dem Stein" near Hinterbärenbad, invites you to open your heart in two senses: for yourself and for others. The local brown bear as eponym for the name is in its power a-HERZ-tes model. Discover your original "wild" heart in front of the wild rocky backdrop:

Exercise

  • at the "Neapelbank" breathe a few breaths consciously into the heart: when inhaling (move arms sideways upwards) think of everything that has made this hike possible here and now, when exhaling (move arms downwards) thank you for it
  • further above the path, directly in the two tunnel passages or on the narrow tunnel bypass path, you can immerse yourself mentally in your own "wilderness nature", your heart may widen. Perhaps also audible to others with a rhythmic clapping of hands similar to the traditional Austrian-Bavarian "Paschen" ... how does one's own rhythm work? Or a hummed "heart tone"?
  • Repeat the opening of the heart from the Naples bank at the chapel. With a strengthened heart, people can be all that: Together there for each other!
