Forest cemetery at Leimbach: architecture and art in harmony and crucifix niche

Description

The forest cemetery at Leimbach was laid out in 1968 and includes a covered gatehouse and a simple mortuary chapel. In the northern enclosing wall, an open arched niche with an expressively designed crucifix by the Tyrolean artist Rudolf Geisler-Moroder (1976) is impressive.
