Description

We offer a selection such as juniper brandy, mirabelle brandy, Williams brandy and some liqueurs in our silver region shop.

In 1994 Franz Hupfauf jun. took over his father's farm. Dairy cows were kept at Purnerhof until 2004. In 2004 a part of the stable building was converted into a distillery. A modern column firing system was installed and a tasting room was set up. The old milk chamber was converted into a mash room.

Purnerhof has the great "Maria Theresa distilling right". This right was granted to hard-working farmers during the time of Maria Theresa and is always bound to the court and may only be passed on with it.
