A multimedia exhibition shows which local grains are important and what role fresh mountain water plays. History is also a topic. The craft of brewing has undergone a transformation. Over time, old archaic tools have been replaced by modern technology, as the brewery's filling room illustrates. Guests can watch the bottles being filled here. A large part of the exhibition is dedicated to the place of origin of Zillertal beer. It is about the Zillertal mentality, alpine farming, customs and the traditional Gauder Festival, which attracts 30,000 people to Zell am Ziller every year. At the end of the tour, various types of beer are available for tasting. If you like, you can also buy a souvenir in the store.
