Description

The Antonius Chapel is in a sunny position near the rear imperial court. The picturesque surroundings with a view of the Kaisergebirge and the chapel are an attraction for seekers, but also an idyllic resting place for hikers. Whatever the reason for coming, between Stripsenkopf, Karlsspitzen and the highest peaks of the Wilder Emperor, you will feel safe: an ideal place to regenerate body and soul. By the way: once or twice a year a mountain fair takes place here.

You can stop for a bite to eat at the snack station Hinterkaiserhof (Friday rest day).

NATURERESPONSE® - in resonance with nature

Lightness and light-heartedness do not always come by themselves - they can be cultivated! It already begins with the almost 300 steps on the popular Kaiser Ascent: we can perceive their physical demands step by step. Step by step. Once the inner resistance appears, we welcome "him" with a smile:

Exercise

  • if an unwelcome thought comes up during the way, clench your hands briefly to fists, spread your fingers apart again and feel the power. Relax the hands again and thanks to the converted strength, walk even more easily - the inner balance has just been able to balance itself out.
  • in order to increase this lightness consciously and springy progress: Physical lightness often leads to a positive mental and spiritual attitude.
  • at the chapel use the power of the place for your own basic confidence: stand well, feel soft and permeable at the same time, consciously bounce something back and forth and let yourself be carried by the power of the place and the mountains
