  • Weather permitting, the AIRROFAN operates daily from 12:30 to 15:00 in winter and from 09:30 to 16:00 in summer.

Description

This innovative structure in the shape of an eagle, which is 600 metres long, covers 200 metres of elevation gain and has a speed of up to 80km/hour, provides another highlight for daredevils on the Gschöllkopf and a very special flying experience high above Lake Achensee.

  • Arrival by public transport

    Take the regional bus to Maurach (line 8332, 4080 or 390), exit bus-stop: Maurach a. A. Rofan Seilbahn.

  • Parking

    Car Park Rofan Seilbahn 1 (paid parking lot). Passengers of the Rofan cable car receive a parking fee refund at the cable car ticket window.
