This house is located 300 metres from the centre of Gries in a quiet, sunny location with wonderful views and a large sun terrace. The famous winter sports resort of Kühtai is only 20 minutes away by car. It is also well worth visiting the city of Innsbruck, which is the capital of the state of Tyrol.
