Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny hillside location - approx. 300m below the famous Bergdoktor practice and in the immediate vicinity of the hiking and skiing area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.
The Hartkaiserbahn is only a 5-minute walk away and the centre of Ellmau is only a 10-minute walk away.
Our holiday flat for 2 to 4 people offers 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with pull-out couch, kitchen with oven, TV & WLAN, sunbathing lawn and terrace with view to the Wilder Kaiser.
Free, partially covered parking spaces are available directly in front of our house.

In addition, we also have a double room with shower and WC on the floor.
