In addition to the central heating, a tiled stove can provide cosy warmth if required. The large terrace and the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains encourage you to linger. A free car park is available directly at the accommodation. The house is located in the middle of a popular hiking and skiing area, the cable cars and lifts of Oberperfuss, Axamer Lizum and Kühtai can be reached in a short time. The village is ideally located as a starting point for hut hikes in the snow-free season and wonderful ski tours in winter.
