Our comfortable holiday home, which is suitable for families or groups of friends with or without pets, is located in the beautiful alpine village of Oberperfuss, about 1 km from the bottom of the Bergbahnen Oberperfuss gondola, near the Olympic city of Innsbruck.

The holiday home includes one double room, one single room and one triple room equipped with bunk beds and a sofa bed. Enjoy an unforgettable dream holiday full of skiing and hiking, or simply relaxing on the cosy bench by the traditional tiled Austrian stove in the spacious living room, on the comfortable balcony or in our large garden with its covered terrace and barbecue. A private parking space is included.
