Our house is located in the centre of Ellmau, 30 m from the village street, behind the Sparkasse Ellmau. In summer you will find tennis courts and the children's playground in the immediate vicinity, after a minute's walk a beautiful meadow path begins, where everyone can enjoy our nature with pleasure and also a dog has plenty of run.

We have enough car parking spaces, whereby you will not need the car during your holiday: Shops, bakery, bars, restaurants, tourist information and bus stops (also "Kaiserjet") are within easy walking distance.

Great flat in a central yet quiet location! In 2018 we have added four flats, two of which are brand new and furnished to a high standard in the annex (previously Buchingerstüberl).
