A magnificently, sunny location, comfortable atmosphere and a fantastic view of the Brixen Valley - all that awaits you in our newly built, comfortable farmhouse. Our house is situated directly beside the Brixental cycle path, in Winter this being the cross-country ski trail and is therefore the perfect departure point for sporting activities in the Kitzbühel Alps. We also have a spacious sunbathing lawn and terrace which is particularly inviting in the warm Summer months. Younger and older children have the fantastic opportunity to learn lots about life on a farm. Especially the closeness to the many animals on the farm is a great attraction for children. Otherwise they can let off steam at our playground equipped with play tractors, trampoline, swing and sandpit. We have our own farm products eg. milk and eggs. A bread service is also available on request! There is sufficient parking in front of the house, also bicycle storage room, ski room and ski boot dryer.
