For many hikers the Ritzau Alm is the destination itself. The Anker family has been working on the Alm in the Kaiser Mountains since 1985. They treat guests to a sumptuous breakfasts, delicious lunches with meat from local farmers, home-made cakes and hearty dinners. Most people find it difficult to leave. And they don't have to: The cosy guest rooms and beds invite you to stay longer. To experience a romantic sunset over the town of Kufstein and a spectacular sunrise over the Wilder Kaiser. And to discover the mountains. With beautiful hiking trails, vie ferrate and climbing routes to the peaks, which promise magnificent views. The lively gurgling of the Kaiserbach also encourages you to build a "Stoamandl" and have a rest. In winter the beautiful Ritzau Alm is a perfect relaxing retreat. It lets you gain some distance and step away from everyday life Surrounded by the cosy warmth of the tiled stove. Without exhaust fumes, without traffic noise. The Anker family welcomes you to the eleven double and shared rooms of the Ritzau Alm. Some rooms have private shower and toilet, others have shared facilities. You can enjoy culinary specialities with meat from the Alm's own production. Your hosts would also be happy to help you with route planning. The hut can only be reached on foot.
